Këshilli i Qarkut Durrës në vizitën e radhës të projektit Tourism4SDG në Tartu, Estoni.

Këshilli i Qarkut Durrës ka nisur vizitën zyrtare të punës në qytetin e Tartus, Estoni, në kuadër të projektit ndërkombëtar Tourism4SDG (programi Interreg Europe). Ky takim fokusohet në forcimin e bashkëpunimit ndërinstitucional dhe shkëmbimin e përvojave më të mira lidhur me zhvillimin dhe menaxhimin e turizmit të qëndrueshëm, në përputhje me Objektivat e Zhvillimit të Qëndrueshëm (SDGs).

Agjenda e takimit filloi mbrëmjen e 9 Qershorit me një pritje pranë burimit simbolik në Sheshin e Bashkisë së qytetit. Më pas, delegacionet pjesëmarrëse zhvilluan një tur orientues në këmbë në qendrën e Tartus, të udhëhequr nga një ciceron i Muzeut të Qytetit.

Gjatë kësaj shëtitjeje, partnerët vizituan nga afër asetet kulturore e historike si godinën e Bashkisë dhe Muzeun, si dhe patën mundësinë të vëzhgojnë menaxhimin efikas të parqeve urbane. Kjo përvojë e drejtpërdrejtë me hapësirat e gjelbra dhe trashëgiminë lokale shërbeu si një mundësi e shkëlqyer për të parë praktika konkrete që rrisin ndikimin pozitiv të turizmit në mjedis dhe komunitet.

Këshilli i Qarkut Durrës mbetet i përkushtuar në zbatimin e politikave dhe nismave që mbështesin zhvillimin e qëndrueshëm të turizmit në rajon, duke adoptuar modele të suksesshme evropiane që përmirësojnë cilësinë e ofertës turistike.

Regional Council of Durrës Conducts Working Visit to Tartu, Estonia, within the Tourism4SDG Project

The Regional Council of Durrës has started its official working visit to the city of Tartu, Estonia, within the framework of the international Tourism4SDG project, part of the Interreg Europe programme. This meeting focuses on strengthening inter-institutional cooperation and exchanging best practices related to the development and management of sustainable tourism, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The meeting agenda began on the evening of 9 June with a reception near the symbolic fountain in the city’s Town Hall Square. Afterwards, the participating delegations took part in an orientation walking tour through the centre of Tartu, guided by a representative of the City Museum.

During this walk, the partners had the opportunity to visit cultural and historical assets such as the Town Hall building and the Museum, as well as to observe the efficient management of urban parks. This direct experience with green spaces and local heritage served as an excellent opportunity to explore concrete practices that increase the positive impact of tourism on the environment and the community.

The Regional Council of Durrës remains committed to implementing policies and initiatives that support the sustainable development of tourism in the region, by adopting successful European models that improve the quality of the tourism offer.
