Këshilli i Qarkut Durrës merr pjesë në takimin e Semestrit të 3-të të projektit iCEAR në Opole, Poloni

Këshilli i Qarkut Durrës mori pjesë në ditën e parë të takimit të Semestrit të 3-të të projektit iCEAR, i zhvilluar në Opole, Poloni, nën organizimin e partnerit pritës OCRG. Takimi mblodhi partnerët ndërkombëtarë të projektit për të diskutuar progresin e arritur dhe hapat e ardhshëm në promovimin e ekonomisë qarkulluese në nivel rajonal. Aktivitetet nisën me sesionin zyrtar të hapjes, ku u prezantuan objektivat e takimit, pjesëmarrësit dhe programi i punës. Më pas u zhvillua Workshopi I, i fokusuar në prezantimin e qasjeve strategjike të secilit partner lidhur me instrumentet e politikave publike që mbështesin ekonominë qarkulluese. Partnerët prezantuan analizat, grupet e synuara, mekanizmat mbështetës dhe lidhjet me politika të tjera zhvillimore.

Gjatë Workshopit II, pjesëmarrësit diskutuan sfidat, faktorët e suksesit dhe mundësitë për forcimin e instrumenteve të politikave publike, duke identifikuar praktika të mira dhe mënyra për përmirësimin e tyre. Në vijim u zhvillua takimi i Grupit Drejtues, ku secili partner prezantoi përmirësimet e planifikuara të politikave dhe diskutoi mbi zbatimin e tyre në përputhje me objektivat e projektit. Dita u mbyll me Workshopin III dhe darkën , të cilat krijuan mundësi të vlefshme për shkëmbimin e përvojave dhe forcimin e bashkëpunimit ndërmjet partnerëve evropianë.

Këshilli i Qarkut Durrës vazhdon të jetë i angazhuar aktivisht në projektin iCEAR, duke dhënë kontribut të vazhdueshëm në zhvillimin e politikave dhe praktikave që mbështesin ekonominë qarkulluese dhe zhvillimin e qëndrueshëm rajonal.

Regional Council of Durrës Participates in the 3rd Semester Meeting of the iCEAR Project in Opole, Poland

The Regional Council of Durrës participated in the first day of the 3rd Semester Meeting of the iCEAR project, held in Opole, Poland, and hosted by the project partner OCRG. The meeting brought together the project’s international partners to discuss the progress achieved so far and the next steps in promoting the circular economy at the regional level.

The activities began with the official opening session, during which the objectives of the meeting, the participants, and the working agenda were presented. This was followed by Workshop I, focused on presenting each partner’s strategic approaches related to public policy instruments that support the circular economy. Partners presented their analyses, target groups, support mechanisms, and links with other development policies.

During Workshop II, participants discussed challenges, success factors, and opportunities for strengthening public policy instruments, while identifying good practices and ways to improve them. The Steering Group Meeting then took place, where each partner presented the planned policy improvements and discussed their implementation in line with the project objectives.

The day concluded with Workshop III and a networking dinner, which created valuable opportunities for exchanging experiences and strengthening cooperation among European partners.

The Regional Council of Durrës remains actively engaged in the iCEAR project, providing continuous contribution to the development of policies and practices that support the circular economy and sustainable regional development.
