Këshilli i Qarkut Durrës merr pjesë në aktivitetin “Incoming Mission 4” në kuadër të projektit EDEN

Më datë 19 Maj 2026, në Durrës u zhvillua dita e parë e aktivitetit “Incoming Mission 4” në kuadër të projektit EDEN—një nismë e programit Interreg IPA South Adriatic, e bashkëfinancuar nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe e zbatuar nga Bashkia Durrës dhe organizata “Udhëtim i Lirë”.

Ky takim bëri bashkë përfaqësues të pushtetit lokal, botës akademike dhe shoqërisë civile për të diskutuar strategjitë e zhvillimit në sektorin e bujqësisë. Këshilli i Qarkut Durrës iu bashkua këtij aktiviteti duke u fokusuar te ngjashmëria dhe sinergjia mes projekteve që po zbatohen. Gjatë sesioneve, nga ana e Këshillit të Qarkut u prezantua projekti “Green LUPO”, duke sjellë një perspektivë më makro dhe në nivel rajonal mbi zhvillimin e qëndrueshëm, e cila plotëson mjaft mirë projektin EDEN që operon më shumë në nivel lokal.

Diskutimet u pasuruan gjithashtu me nisma si Sus AGRI apo HEVON, si dhe përmes bashkëbisedimit me partnerët nga Dhoma e Tregtisë dhe Industria Durrës dhe Universiteti Bujqësor i Tiranës, duke vënë theksin te bashkëpunimi i ngushtë ndërinstitucional në rajon.

Regional Council of Durrës Participates in the “Incoming Mission 4” Activity within the EDEN Project

On 19 May 2026, the first day of the “Incoming Mission 4” activity was held in Durrës within the framework of the EDEN project, an initiative of the Interreg IPA South Adriatic programme, co-financed by the European Union and implemented by the Municipality of Durrës and the “Udhëtim i Lirë” organisation.

This meeting brought together representatives of local government, academia, and civil society to discuss development strategies in the agricultural sector. The Regional Council of Durrës joined this activity with a focus on the similarities and synergies between the projects currently being implemented.

During the sessions, the Regional Council of Durrës presented the “Green LUPO” project, offering a broader, regional-level perspective on sustainable development, which complements the EDEN project, as it operates more at the local level.

The discussions were further enriched by initiatives such as Sus AGRI and HEVON, as well as through exchanges with partners from the Durrës Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Agricultural University of Tirana, highlighting the importance of close inter-institutional cooperation in the region.
