Këshilli i Qarkut Durrës mori pjesë në takimin e radhës online të projektit TOURBO, pjesë e programit Interreg Europe, në kuadër të bashkëpunimit ndërrajonal dhe koordinimit të aktiviteteve të projektit.

Gjatë takimit u prezantua Raporti i 6-të i Progresit, ku u evidentua se Këshilli i Qarkut Durrës ka përmbushur me sukses detyrimet e fazës së parë të projektit.

Diskutimet u fokusuan në monitorimin e politikave dhe përgatitjen e aktiviteteve për periudhën vijuese mars–gusht 2026, si dhe në shkëmbimin e eksperiencave të nxjerra nga vizitat studimore, përfshirë vizitën në Laplandë, me qëllim përfshirjen më aktive të aktorëve lokalë në zhvillimin e turizmit të qëndrueshëm.

Një pikë e rëndësishme e takimit ishte edhe koordinimi për Konferencën Finale të projektit, e cila do të zhvillohet në Bremerhaven në muajin tetor.

Përmes pjesëmarrjes në këtë takim, Këshilli i Qarkut Durrës rikonfirmon angazhimin për të përvetësuar dhe zbatuar praktikat më të mira evropiane, me synim rritjen e standardeve të turizmit të qëndrueshëm dhe forcimin e bashkëpunimit në rajon.

Regional Council of Durrës Participated in the Online Meeting of the TOURBO Project

The Regional Council of Durrës participated in the latest online meeting of the TOURBO project, part of the Interreg Europe programme, within the framework of interregional cooperation and coordination of project activities.

During the meeting, the 6th Progress Report was presented, highlighting that the Regional Council of Durrës has successfully fulfilled the obligations of the first project phase.

The discussions focused on policy monitoring and the preparation of activities for the upcoming period March–August 2026, as well as on the exchange of experiences gained from study visits, including the visit to Lapland, with the aim of strengthening the involvement of local stakeholders in the development of sustainable tourism.

An important part of the meeting was also dedicated to coordination for the Final Conference of the project, which is expected to take place in Bremerhaven in October.

Through its participation in this meeting, the Regional Council of Durrës reaffirms its commitment to adopting and applying European best practices, with the aim of improving sustainable tourism standards and strengthening regional cooperation.
