Në Valladolid, Spanjë, u zhvillua Dita e Dytë e projektit Interreg Europe – Tourism4SDG, e cila nisi me një seminar për transferimin e njohurive në ambientet e Casa de las Artes. Gjatë seminarit u prezantuan praktikat dhe strategjitë për promovimin e turizmit dhe zhvillimin e qëndrueshëm në qytetin e Valladolid dhe në rajonin Castilla y León, si dhe planet konkrete për integrimin e Objektivave të Zhvillimit të Qëndrueshëm (SDGs) në aktivitetet turistike.

Praktika të qëndrueshme në sektorin e akomodimit turistik

Në vijim të programit, u realizua një vizitë studimore në Albergue del Pinar, ku u prezantua modeli i menaxhimit të qëndrueshëm të hostelit, duke ilustruar në mënyrë praktike lidhjen ndërmjet turizmit dhe zhvillimit të qëndrueshëm. Prezantimi ofroi shembuj konkretë mbi përdorimin efikas të burimeve, përfshirjen e komunitetit dhe praktikat miqësore me mjedisin.

Këto aktivitete krijuan bazën për vizitat studimore dhe prezantimet mbi praktikat e qëndrueshmërisë që vijuan gjatë pasdites, duke nxitur shkëmbimin e përvojave dhe forcimin e bashkëpunimit ndërmjet partnerëve të projektit Tourism4SDG.

Valladolid, Spain – Day Two of the Interreg Europe – Tourism4SDG Project

In Valladolid, Spain, Day Two of the Interreg Europe – Tourism4SDG project took place, starting with a knowledge transfer seminar held at Casa de las Artes. The seminar presented practices and strategies for the promotion of tourism and sustainable development in the city of Valladolid and the Castilla y León region, as well as concrete plans for the integration of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into tourism activities.

Sustainable practices in tourist accommodation management

The programme continued with a study visit to Albergue del Pinar, where the sustainable management model of the hostel was presented, demonstrating in practical terms the link between tourism and sustainable development. The visit highlighted concrete examples of resource efficiency, community involvement, and environmentally friendly practices.

These activities laid the groundwork for the study visits and presentations on sustainability practices that continued throughout the afternoon, fostering the exchange of experiences and strengthening cooperation among the partners of the Tourism4SDG project.
