Këshilli i Qarkut Durrës në Workshop-in e Parë Tematik të Projektit Green LUPO në Eupen, Belgjikë

Më datat 25-26 qershor 2025, Këshilli i Qarkut Durrës mori pjesë në workshop-in e parë tematik të projektit ndërrajonal Green LUPO, i cili u zhvillua në qytetin Eupen të Belgjikës. Tema e këtij takimi ishte: “Vlerësimi, monitorimi dhe klasifikimi i tokës: kur konsiderohet toka e zënë dhe kur është hapësirë natyrore me vlerë?”.

Gjatë aktivitetit, përfaqësues nga dhjetë rajone partnere prezantuan përvojat e tyre mbi zbatimin e strategjive për ndalimin e humbjes neto të tokës (No Net Land Take), si dhe mbi sfidat dhe objektivat në fushën e planifikimit hapësinor dhe ruajtjes së mjedisit.

Këshilli i Qarkut Durrës kontribuoi në diskutime me një prezantim mbi situatën aktuale të zhvillimit territorial në rajonin e Durrësit, duke ndarë sfidat, nevojat dhe qasjet në drejtim të zhvillimit të qëndrueshëm.

Workshop-i përfshiu gjithashtu sesione të punës në grupe mbi sfidat e përbashkëta, instrumentet ligjore dhe hapat e mëtejshëm për zbatimin e objektivave të projektit Green LUPO.

Durres Regional Council at the First Thematic Workshop of the Green LUPO Project in Eupen, Belgium

On June 25–26, 2025, the Durres Regional Council participated in the first thematic workshop of the interregional Green LUPO project, held in the city of Eupen, Belgium. The central theme of the meeting was: “Assessing, monitoring & classifying land: when is land ‘taken’, when is it valuable natural space?”.

During the workshop, representatives from ten partner regions presented their experiences in implementing strategies for No Net Land Take (NNLT), as well as challenges and goals in the field of spatial and environmental planning.

The Durres Regional Council contributed to the discussions with a presentation on the current territorial development situation in the Durres region, sharing challenges, needs, and approaches toward sustainable planning.

The workshop also included group sessions on shared challenges, legal instruments, and future steps for implementing the objectives of the Green LUPO project.
